Whiskey : 2oz

Cointreau : 1 oz

Soda Water : about 1 oz

Fresh Lemon Juice : 1 oz

Simple Sugar : 1/2 tspn

Orange Peel for garnish

Instructions

Shake ingredients, except soda, in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Strain into a chilled Collins Glass filled with crushed ice

Top with soda

Garnish with orange slice or mint spring
